LOCATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION: The Hobart farm is described as the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Rock Creek Township, Hancock County, IL. From Carthage, IL take Highway 94 north 7 miles to Road 2200N (Adrian Blacktop) then 3 miles west to 1600E then 1 mile north and 1/2 mile west.

METHOD & TERMS OF SALE: The farm will be sold on a price per acre basis. Ten percent of the purchase price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before April 11, 2016 upon delivery of Warranty Deed. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Sellers. The 2015 real estate taxes due in 2016 will be paid by the Sellers with the 2016 and all subsequent taxes being the responsibility of the Buyer. Possession will be given at time of closing subject only to a farm lease for the 2016 crop year.
