It contains 1.91 acres and is improved with a 1981 Module Home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a 2-car attached garage with overhead door and opener. Ten percent of the bid price is to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before December 29, 2025. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Sellers. The 2025 real estate taxes due in 2026 will be paid by the Sellers. Immediately following the auction, the successful Buyer shall enter into a written contract with the Sellers.
