This will be an in-person auction with live on-line bidding available.
Selling 522 contiguous acres (subject to survey) located 8 miles south of Carthage, IL on Highway 336 to Road 650N (Denver Blacktop), then 4 miles east to Road 2400E and 1/2 mile north.
This farm will be sold in 9 tracts. There are approximately 384 acres currently in row crop production with 4 contiguous tracts containing approximately 280 acres of level, “Class A” farm land with Productivity Indices of 133 to 138.
The balance of the farm is mostly pasture and timber with a 62 acre excellent hunting tract.
